This is the per-traveler deposit for the Abidjan Experience package ($1,499 per person). Paying this deposit reserves your spot; the deposit is credited in full toward your package total.

How it works: the booking panel on the Abidjan Experience page sets the quantity to your number of travelers. After checkout, Kaabo confirms your travel dates with you, and the remaining balance is invoiced by email in installments according to the payment schedule shown in the booking panel. The deposit, refund and transfer terms below apply to every reservation.

Deposit, Refund & Transfer Terms

Date confirmation: Kaabo confirms your dates within 2 business days of the deposit. If we cannot confirm your requested dates, you choose new dates at no charge or a 100% refund of everything paid.

Cancellation by you: 60 or more days before your start date — full refund of all amounts paid. 31–59 days — 50% refund, or your choice of 100% credit toward a future Kaabo experience taken within 12 months. 30 days or fewer — the deposit is non-refundable but transferable; any amounts paid above the deposit are refunded.

Transfers & changes: one free change per reservation — new dates, or transfer the reservation to another person — requested 14 or more days before the start date, subject to availability. Further changes may pass through supplier fees at cost, quoted to you before you are charged.

Balance & installments: the balance is invoiced in 3 installments (30/60/90 days after the deposit) as shown in the booking panel. If your start date falls before the schedule ends, the remaining balance is due 14 days before your start date. A missed installment gets a reminder and a 7-day grace period before the reservation may be cancelled under the cancellation terms above.

Cancellation by Kaabo: full refund of everything paid, or rescheduling at no cost.

Refunds: approved refunds return to the original payment method within 10 business days. Flights are not included unless your confirmed itinerary says so. We strongly recommend travel insurance covering trip cancellation.
