Kaabo Travel Shipping Policy

At Kaabo Travel (www.kaabo.io), we offer carefully curated travel experiences across Africa. While our primary business is luxury travel packages, we also provide select physical products such as branded merchandise, travel guides, packing kits, and curated souvenirs.

This Shipping Policy applies to all **physical goods** purchased on our website.

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Most countries in Europe
- Selected countries in Africa

2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within **1–3 business days** after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak seasons (November–January and June–August), processing may take up to  business days.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Free shipping is available on orders over **$150** within the continental United States (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).

4. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can track your package using the link provided.

5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship certain items (e.g., liquids, batteries over certain capacity, or restricted souvenirs) to specific countries due to customs regulations. We will notify you if any item in your order cannot be shipped.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- For international orders, customers are responsible for any **customs duties, import taxes, or VAT** imposed by their country.
- These fees are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid directly to your local customs authority.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging.
- For ost packages, we will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost after 21 days, we will issue a full refund or replacement.

8. Refunds for Shipping
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order is canceled before it has been shipped.
- If we cancel your order, shipping fees will be fully refunded.
