If we cannot confirm your requested dates, you choose new dates at no charge or a 100% refund of everything paid.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eCancellation by you:\u003c\/b\u003e 60 or more days before your start date — full refund of all amounts paid. 31–59 days — 50% refund, or your choice of 100% credit toward a future Kaabo experience taken within 12 months. 30 days or fewer — the deposit is non-refundable but transferable; any amounts paid above the deposit are refunded.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eTransfers \u0026amp; changes:\u003c\/b\u003e one free change per reservation — new dates, or transfer the reservation to another person — requested 14 or more days before the start date, subject to availability. Further changes may pass through supplier fees at cost, quoted to you before you are charged.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eBalance \u0026amp; installments:\u003c\/b\u003e the balance is invoiced in 3 installments (30\/60\/90 days after the deposit) as shown in the booking panel. If your start date falls before the schedule ends, the remaining balance is due 14 days before your start date. A missed installment gets a reminder and a 7-day grace period before the reservation may be cancelled under the cancellation terms above.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eCancellation by Kaabo:\u003c\/b\u003e full refund of everything paid, or rescheduling at no cost.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eRefunds:\u003c\/b\u003e approved refunds return to the original payment method within 10 business days.
